No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about the product. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your Moringa Powder Capsules arrive damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement. To qualify for a refund or replacement, please:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective items.
- Ensure the product is returned to us unopened and unused.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product, we will take full responsibility and offer a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the wrong item, and we will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped. Once the product has been shipped, we cannot process cancellations.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Used products, opened bottles, or any items showing signs of tampering cannot be returned or refunded for safety and hygiene reasons.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return products, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product (if applicable). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
